AI in everyday work. From the task to a usable solution.
Not every problem needs AI. I work with the people doing the job to find where a tool can help. The result is a manageable prototype the team can understand and test.
Discuss a projectWhen working together makes sense.
- The team wants to use AI but has not identified a suitable task.
- Information is repeatedly reviewed, summarised or prepared for others.
- An idea needs a practical test before a larger investment.
What the collaboration delivers.
A clearly defined task
We understand the workflow, agree on a testable goal and select suitable tools. Access, data and limitations are discussed in advance.
A testable prototype
I build an initial usable solution for the agreed task. We test it with suitable examples and identify where human control remains necessary.
A clear handover
The team receives documentation and practical training. A workshop can support the work. Operation and next steps remain understandable.
One task. Three AI tools.
A landing page for a local sharpening business. The same brief for Cursor, Codex and Claude: structure, a mobile view and a contact path.
Documented personal experiment, not client work.
A personal experiment: prototyping with AI.
Cursor, Codex and Claude receive the same task: a landing page for a sharpening business. The documented comparison shows my approach and the limitations of the tools. It is a personal test, not client work.
Read the experimentBefore working together.
Does the task need to be defined already?
No. A description of the recurring work is enough to begin. Together we identify which part can be tested usefully.
Which tools are used?
The choice follows the task and existing systems. An additional tool is useful only if it fits the workflow and can be operated by the team.
How are scope and price agreed?
Once the task is clear, an individual proposal sets out the deliverables and handover. A prototype is a defined first step; ongoing operation is agreed separately.
A concrete task is a good starting point.
A short description is enough to explore working together.
